The III International Military-Technical Forum "Army 2017" was held. The collective exhibition stand of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus was recognized as the best exposition.

From 22 to 27 August 2017, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation held the International Military-Technical Forum "ARMY-2017" (Kubinka, Moscow region). The “Army 2017” forum was held for the third year in a row and has already gained fame as one of the most significant military equipment exhibitions. "Army 2017" takes place in the park "Patriot" in the Moscow region Kubinka. The business program of the event took three days - August 22, 23 and 24. From August 22 to August 24, over 105 thousand Russian and foreign specialists visited the exhibition. From August 25 to August 27, the doors of the forum were open for free visits.

SFTUE “BELSPETSVNESHTECHNIKA” WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERNATIONAL MILITARY-TECHNICAL FORUM “ARMY-2017”, KUBINKA, MOSCOW REGION

Within the period from August 22, 2017 to August 27, 2017 SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” will participate in the International Military-Technical Forum “ARMY-2017”, (Kubinka, Moscow region) as a joint organizer and main exhibitor of the joint Belarusian stand.

“ARMY-2017” is held at the initiative and with the support of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. More than 1200 enterprises and organizations, that present more than 15 thousand samples of military and dual use goods, will participate in the Forum.

National expositions will be presented by seven countries: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Pakistan, Slovakia, South Africa.

At the joint stand of the State Military Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus within the forum “ARMY-2017” there will be presented expositions of the following enterprises: SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika”, OJSC “140 repair plant”, JSC “KB Radar” — Managing Company of “Radar Systems” Holding, Aerosystema Ltd., OJSC “AGAT – SYSTEM” – Managing Company of “Communication and Control Systems” Holding, OJSC “AGAT – Control Systems” – Managing Company of “Geoinformation Control Systems” Holding, JSC “558 Aircraft Repair Plant”, OJSC “Minsk Research Institute Of Radiomaterials”.

The surface area of the joint stand will be more than 400 square meters. The information about the latest developments of air defense systems, optronics, modern automated control systems for troops, simulators, the latest radar and electronic warfare developments, mockups for different samples of military equipment, information about research and development, design, manufacturing, upgrade, repair and maintenance of armaments and military equipment will be demonstrated by the enterprises for participants and guests of “ARMY-2017” at the joint Belarusian stand.

14TH INTERNATIONAL MARINE AND AEROSPACE EXHIBITION “LIMA-2017” (LANGKAWI, MALAYSIA)

One of the largest exhibitions of military equipment in Asia Pacific, International Marine and Aerospace Exhibition “LIMA-2017”, took place from March 21st till March 25th 2017. The exhibition was carried out under the auspices of the Government of Malaysia, Ministry of Defense and Command of the Armed Forces of Malaysia. The exhibition is held every two years since 1991.

The exhibition featured civil and military aviation, avionics, packages on overhaul and upgrade of aviation equipment, high-precision weapons control systems, jammers, aircraft armament, navy equipment and armament, coast guard armament, underwater equipment and outfit, UAVs, reconnaissance means, access control means, simulators and training programs, humanitarian aid and elimination of natural disasters aftermaths.

The LIMA-2017 exhibition occupied 120 000 m2. More than 500 companies from 38 countries took part in the exhibition. 38 national pavillions were exhibited by Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, China, Czech, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE, United Kingdom and USA.

The exhibition welcomed 331 VIP delegations from more than 33 countries, more than 40 thousand experts and 140 thousand visitors.

SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” took part in the LIMA-2017 exhibition in its capacity as a collective organizer and main exhibitor of the pavilion of the State Military-Industrial Committee. SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” exhibited mock-ups of the ADMS “Pechora-2M”, ADMS “Kub”, manpad “Igla” simulator, optics and optronics. The national pavilion of the Republic of Belarus also hosted JSC “KB Radar” – managing company of “Radar Systems” holding, JSC “Display Design Bureau”. The mentioned companies exhibited remotely controlled fire and surveillance system “Adunok”, display modules, helmet-mounted display means, mock-ups of “Groza”, “Groza-S”, “Rosa-RB” and “Vostok-3D” stations.

Advertisement posters highlighted the capabilities of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus in the area of supplies of military and special purpose goods.

In order to comprehensively promote the services of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus illustrated advertisement aids (catalogues, brochures, leaflets, as well as USB cards containing soft copies of the presentations) were distributed among the persons concerned.

Official meetings with Command of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and Malaysia, as well as with partner companies were carried out in order to negotiate military-technical cooperation with the Asia Pacific countries.
