On the 1st of October 2015, a presentation of the economic and export potential of the Republic of Belarus for ASEAN countries was held at the venue of Business and Cultural Complex of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of this event, SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” delivered a presentation about the principal directions of activity of the enterprise and the capabilities of the defense sector of the economy of the Republic of Belarus.

The prospective lines of mutual interaction in the military-technical field with ASEAN countries, outlined in the presentation of SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika”, aroused interest of the event participants. Agreements about the organization of the practical elaboration of the promising directions of cooperation with the interested partners were reached.

On September 17-18 the National Exhibition of Belarusian Manufacturers was held within the framework of the Second Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia in Sochi. Thematic blocks of the exhibition covered a wide range of industry branches, including scientific achievements,  mechanical production, public health services, petrochemical and wood industries, military purpose goods, consumer goods. More than 80 Belarusian enterprises and organizations presented their production and services at the exhibition.

Interregional cooperation of Belarus and Russian within the sphere of industry production, creation of industrial policy from scientific-technological and innovative points of view, industrial cooperation development was a focus of  attention for the Forum’s participants.  The issues related to the connection of financial and marketing potentials of two states, national economies diversification, creation of new manufacturing facilities, human capital development   were considered.   

More than 350 representatives of legislative and executive power of Belarus and Russia, regions, CEOs of the large-scale enterprises and business communities took part in Forum’s  plenary session.

The delegation of Belarusian economy defense sector was headed by the Chairman of the State Military Industrial Committee Mr. Sergey Gurulev.   

The SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” was the organizer of the Belarusian stand at the exhibition. The national Belarusian pavilion was represented by such enterprises as: OJSC “VOLATAVTO’, OJSC “Peleng”, OJSC “AGAT-Control Systems”, OJSC “NIIEVM”, OJSC “DB “Display”, OJSC “MZKT’, SPLLC “OKB TSP”, etc.  

Participation of the enterprises, incorporated into the system of the State Military Industrial Committee and economy defense sector of the Republic of Belarus, in the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russian plays a very significant role in military-technical cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.  

The representatives of Belarusian defense industry presented a wide range of their production ranging from microelectronics samples to eight-wheel all-wheel drive chassis; from   tablet PC to air-cushioned amphibious craft; from various types of optic devices to research and developments in the sphere of navigation and geoinformation technologies.

At the Belarusian stand one could get familiarized with the advertising material for military and double purpose production: communication systems and means, geoinformation systems and unmanned aerial systems, navigation and geoinformation technologies for transport sphere tasks solution, “clever city” technologies,   energy-efficient solutions and technologies for power and manufacturing objects, houses and public utilities objects, various  dosimeters-radiometers,  radiation scanning mobile system МКС-АТ6103, etc.

On May 8, 2015, Sergei Gurulev, Chairman of State Military-Industrial Committee, introduced Alexei Skraga to the management and staff of SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika”, who was appointed to the position of General Director of the enterprise.

As part of the New Year’s action “Our Children” carried out in the Republic of Belarus, on December 29, 2014, the representatives of SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” visited a branch of the social orphanage of the state educational institution “Pukhovichi District Social and Pedagogical Center”.

SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” rendered material aid for the orphanage to improve the conditions of staying, raising and development of children.

The workers of the enterprise bought New Year’s gifts, felt-tip pens, water colors, drawing blocks, and sports equipment at their own expense.

The leading 6th International Tri-Service Defence Expo & Forum of the IndonesianArmed Forces -INDO DEFENCE EXPO & FORUM 2014 took place from5 - 8 November 2014 in Jakarta (Indonesia). More than 650 companies from 51 countries of the world took part in it. The exhibition was initiated and supported by the Ministry of Defence of Indonesia. The organizational partner was PT Napindo Media Ashatama.

The official delegation of the State Military Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus at INDO DEFENCE EXPO & FORUM 2014 was led by Mr. Oleg Morozov, SMIC Deputy Chairman.

The joint organizer and main exhibitor of the Belarusian joint stand at the show was SFTUE "Belspetsvneshtechnika". In the pavilion,natural samples of optical sights of various types, observation devices, ADUNOK automatic remote controlled weapon station, BMP-3 gunner’s simulator, as well as posters showing the possibility of supply of weapons and military equipment and special-purpose equipment by the enterprise were presented.

Such enterprises as JSC “MWTP”, JLLC “Virtual Technologies”,UE “Minotor-service”, JSC KB Display”, JSC “KB Radar”, andJSC “Alevkurp”also represented the National Belarusian pavilion. These organizations presented the latest developments in the field of automated control systems of anti-aircraft missile and electronic units, radioelectronic warfare and air forces units, showed mock-ups of different samples of military equipment, as well as presented information on the research and design work, design, development, production, modernization, repair and technical maintenance of weapons and military equipment.
