Artillery laser range-finder is a small-size laser unit. It is designed for terrain and enemy reconnaissance, visual surveillance, range finding and fire alignment.
Range finding can be carried out when holding the range-finder in the hand, mounting it on the devices or from the shelter. The range-finder can be mounted on periscopic aiming circle PAB-2A using the bracket (as in the range finder LPR-1,2) or on a separate tripod. (Bracket or tripod supply to be determined by a Customer). Indicators and reticle can be illuminated to carry out measurements in the twilight.
The device has an inbuilt inclinometer, a digital magnetic compass, GPS receiver for position finding, ground navigation and determining coordinates of an object (target) (to be determined by a Customer).
