The simulator represents a training system, which consists of instructor module and driver module. The structure of the simulator is based on the imitation of driver’s actions at preparation for driving and driving.
The simulator is based on the electric dynamic platform with 3 degrees of freedom.
The simulator allows to carry out training in driving of truck-tractor MZKT–74135 in the combination of tractor-trailer with:
- Semi-trailer MZKT–99942;
- Trailer MZKT–83721.
A cabin has standard control gear, as well as control, signaling and monitoring devices installed inside.
Vibration system is based on standard for simulator industry synergetic mechanism. Mobility is provided by electromechanic drives. Each drive from one side is connected to the platform and from the other side – to the fixed platform.
Information on the state of the main controls and indication devices, imitated in module, is displayed on the main panel of mechanic-driver controls and indication devices. Instructor panel is designed to control simulator operation and is represented by the means of screen form for interaction communication with the instructor at preparation for, editing, starting, performing of exercise and post-exercise discussion.
