The State-owned Foreign Trade Unitary Enterprise “Belspetsvneshtechnika” has experience to perform works on the design of programs for creation (upgrade) of unified integrated Air Force and Air Defense systems. Mentioned works have been performed with the involvement of (jointly with) appropriate (interested) Customer’s specialists basing on the analysis of a real situation, carrying out operational tactical calculations and attaching technical project of advanced automated control systems of Air Force and Air Defense.
Order of air defense system creation:
1 stage - initial data gathering:
• Evaluation of air threat and the most dangerous directions;
• Evaluation of objects to be covered and selection of the most important objects;
• Evaluation of quantity and condition of Customer’s Air Defense means.
2 stage - development (development of Air Defense system creation (restructuring) Program): Air Defense system creation (restructuring) Program consists of 4 parts: operational tactical description of Air Defense system and its subsystems; periods, stages, measures and estimated cost of Air Defense system creation; technical project for ACS of Air Defense system; catalogue of armaments and military equipment suggested to be included into Air Defense system.
