“Young Specialist Day” at OJSC "Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant"
“Young Specialist Day” was held at OJSC “Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant” on September 19. Pavel Sluchak, the General Director of the Enterprise, presented personal memorable Certificates regarding the first working day at the enterprise to 13 graduates of the educational institution “Orsha State Mechanics and Economics College” who joined the staff of the Repair Plant in 2019. The Head of the Enterprise told young aircraft repair personnel about the prospects of the development of the Enterprise and the tasks of young specialists to develop new aircraft related services as well as mentioned the issues of providing social benefits. At present time, OJSC “Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant” has created good conditions for young specialists to use their skills including carrier promotion, having a good social benefits package, and most importantly, a good salary. On behalf of the administration and personnel of OJSC “Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant”, Pavel Sluchak warmly congratulated the young specialists on the start of their career at the plant and expressed hope that their work will make a worthy contribution to continuing traditions of the plant. Vasily Chirkunov, Deputy General Director for Ideology and Social Work, told young specialists that the first year is the most difficult one. This is a year of professional formation of the specialists and recognition of their role as specialists who give a second life to aircraft. At the same time, this is an important and responsible year when the graduates acquired a prestigious position - aircraft repair specialist. Every year OJSC “Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant” accepts graduates of “Orsha State Mechanics and Economics College” who studied based on recommendation of the Enterprise on specialty "Aerial vehicles assembly technician" as well as graduates of the “Belarusian State Aviation Academy”. About 120 young specialists under 30 are currently working at the Aircraft Repair Plant.
