Mobile Counter-UAV EW Station “T”

SFTUE "Belspetsvneshtechnika" demonstrated a Mobile Counter-UAV EW Station “T” to experts and the general public during the 11th international exhibition of arms and military machinery "MILEX-2023" for the first time.

Counter-UAV EW Station is designed for search, detection, position finding and electronic warfare against unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The station can be integrated into C4I, and can transmit data remotely.

Main functions of Counter-UAV EW Station:

- detection of UAV control and data transfer signals, finding the direction to a radio emission source, evaluation of the detected signal parameters, finding detected UAV coordinates within line-of-sight, when operated as a part of the direction finding group. Finding UAV coordinates and "home" point (DJI Lightbridge type, DJI OcuSync type, IEEE 802.11 a/g/n (OFDM) type, SiK Radio type (RFD900, XRock), analogue video transfer, ImmersionRC type, Futaba Fast type) provided that the control and data transfer channel protocols are not encrypted, trajectory tracking and target designation for counter-UAV systems;

- UAV detection and position finding using television and thermal imaging optronic system involving target designation from the detecting radar and/or detector-direction finder – as well as UAV auto-tracking;

- UAV detection using a detecting radar (set of eight monostatic radars), radar tracking;

- generating, amplification and emission of frequency band barrage jams for UAV control and data transfer channels and jamming of on-board receivers using GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou radio navigation systems;

- impact to on-board receivers of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou satellite radio navigation systems and intelligent distortion (spoofing) of navigation field of the mentioned satellite radio navigation systems.
