SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” Took Part in the 1st World Defence Show 2022
Within March 6-9, 2022, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hosted the 1st World Defence Show 2022. The organizer of the event was General Authority of Military Industry - GAMI.
A range of products was presented at the Show, including the systems and equipment for land forces, navy and air force, security, space systems and satellites.
Especially for the event, 800 000 sq. m plot was constructed to the north from Riyadh. About 800 companies from more than 40 countries participated in WDS 2022. Approximate number of visitors was 80 000 thousand.
The Republic of Belarus did not remain aside of this major event. Many companies of the State Authority for Military Industry presented Belarusian military products at the national booth. Latest products were presented in the sphere of EW and SIGINT, air defense, besides multifunctional grenade launcher, communication and data transmission systems based on fiber-optical, radio, radio-relay, tropospheric, satellite links and latest developments regarding road and off-road vehicles of high capacity.
There is no doubt that the organizers of World Defence Show 2022 have done a perfect job to establish a business platform to extend the cooperation between world manufacturers, delegations, military and state officials.
At the expo, SFTUE “Belspetsvneshtechnika” have carried out a number of negotiations with different representatives of defense companies, as well as with delegations of foreign ministries and authorities on joint projects and matters of further development of military-technical and military-economic cooperation.
