Repair of airborne guided destruction means R–60, R–73, R–27, Kh–25, Kh–29
During repair of the airborne guided destruction means, the following is carried out:
• Checking sections and aggregates of missiles with diagnostic equipment;
• Drawing up a list of defects;
• Disassembly of sections and aggregates;
• Repair of sections and aggregates according to the results of the diagnostics;
• Assembly of sections and aggregates;
• Testing sections and aggregates of missiles which underwent repair with diagnostic equipment;
• Assembly of missiles;
• Testing missiles with use of automated test systems “Gurt” (“Ingul”, “Oka”) in presence of the Customer’s representatives;
• Preservation of missiles.
Presenting to the Customer the results of the checks and proposals for missile service life extension:
• Without replacement of sections and aggregates containing pyrotechnical devices and grains (solid propellant motor and gas generator) with new ones – up to five years;
• With replacement of sections and aggregates containing pyrotechnical devices and grains (solid propellant rocket motor and gas generator) with new ones – up to eight years.
According to the results of the first and the second stages, a Conclusion Report is issued on the possibility to perform firing tests of missiles.
